- Scholarships available on a limited basis. Applications can be picked

- Payments are due prior to the week of services or the Friday prior
to the first of the month.
- 2 weeks notice required before withdrawing a child from program.
- A $1.00 charge for each minute a parent is late will be assessed,
payment due upon child pickup.
- Drop off times: 7:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., and 1:00 p.m.
- 2 weeks of non-payment could result in termination of services.
- Fees are subject to change upon 4 weeks written notice from Center.
- No deduction or allowances are made for closing due to inclement
weather or holidays.
- Children in the full-day/5 day program have the option of selecting
5 consecutive days of vacation anytime during the year without payment
or loss of enrollment. 2-week notice must be given prior to vacation.
- Parents day out and 2-year-old playgroup programs meet September-May
and observe all Madison County School Districts Christmas Break and
Spring Break. Programs are in session during Madison County School
in-service days.
